Black and ... Black?

A 64x64 mosaic depicting the Japanese Kanji for "Black". The kanji is made of tiles and is surrounded by plates and is ridiculously hard to photograph. I mean stupidly hard. Folks at Darlington seemed to like it in the flesh though, so to speak.
